AI agents, built for your business

We build AI agents.

We learn how your business actually runs, then build the agents that work inside it. Less manual work for your team. Less waste on tools that don't fit how you operate.

What's an AI agent?

Not a tool you use.
Software that does the job.

ChatGPT and Claude are tools — they sit there waiting for you to use them. An agent is different. It's software that does one specific job in your business, end to end, on its own. Connected to your systems, working on your data, running every day — without you having to operate it.

01
Connected to your real business
Generic AI tools live outside your business. Our agents plug into your CRM, your WhatsApp, your spreadsheets, your databases. They work on YOUR data — not generic prompts.

02
Built around how you actually operate
Every business runs differently. Generic agents don't know your rules, your tone, your clients, your way of doing things. Custom agents are built to fit. Six months in, they understand your business better than the day we shipped.

03
Engineered like infrastructure software
Most agencies ship demos that look great until they hit production. We ship agents engineered with the operational layer most teams skip — evaluation pipelines that test accuracy against real scenarios, audit trails for every decision and API call, rollback when a change degrades performance, error recovery when integrations fail, and cost controls so AI spend never surprises you.

04
Built for a clear mission
An agent has a defined scope — a mission it owns end to end. Inside that scope, it handles whatever it takes: reading documents, calling APIs, coordinating systems, making decisions, escalating to humans when needed. We pick the right mission for an agent — and skip the ones where AI doesn't actually help.

Our own agent

We build agents for ourselves too.

Novaras is the first agent we built — and it's been running every day across our own engineering workflow. When we say we build agents that work in production, this is what we mean.

Real businesses.
Real outcomes.

A few of the people we've built and shaped systems for. Each one started with a specific problem — and walked away with something that runs in their business.

Online coaching · Built & delivered
Built and delivered a lead-handling agent for an online fitness coach in Koh Samui. It qualifies inbound Instagram inquiries automatically, runs the funnel from first DM to onboarded client, and has given him a clear direction to scale his business — without him having to be on his phone all day.

Hospitality · Prototype & system design
Designed and prototyped a unified operations agent for a US-based hotel chain — connecting their PMS, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance flows. Delivered the full prototype, system architecture, and the technical blueprint they're now running their AI roadmap on.

Honest answers

The questions buyers actually ask.

Most websites avoid these. We'd rather answer them upfront than lose your trust later.

01
Why not just use Claude Cowork or build it ourselves with GPT agents?
You probably could build something that handles 60% of what we'd build. The question isn't capability — it's time and the failure modes you don't know exist yet. Most owner-built agents work great until they hit production: an unusual customer message, an integration timeout, a model update that changes outputs. Then they break, and the owner who built it has to debug it instead of running their business. We've already hit those failure modes in our own products. You're not paying us to write code. You're paying for the time we save you and the mistakes we've already made on someone else's dollar.
02
How are you different from other agencies that build agents?
Most agencies ship demos that break in production. We ship agents engineered like infrastructure software — with evaluation pipelines that test accuracy against real scenarios, audit trails for every decision, rollback when a change degrades performance, error recovery when integrations fail, and cost controls so AI spend doesn't surprise you. Most agencies skip these because they're invisible until something breaks. We don't ship without them because we've felt them matter in our own production systems.
03
When does it NOT make sense to build an agent?
Often. If your problem can be solved with a $50/month SaaS subscription, buy the SaaS. If it's a one-time task, don't build for it. If your team will resist using it, the agent fails before it ships. If the AI accuracy needed is 99.9% (legal, medical, regulatory), the cost of mistakes is too high right now. We tell clients no on roughly a third of the use cases they bring us. It builds more trust than saying yes to everything.
04
What does ongoing support actually mean?
Three things. We monitor — we watch your agent's accuracy, cost, and uptime, and we tell you before something breaks. We tune — when your business changes (new clients, new processes, new edge cases), we update the agent so it stays useful. We evolve — when underlying models or tools improve, we upgrade the agent to use them. Most "ongoing support" is bug-fix-only. Ours is "the agent gets better over time, not stale."

Identify the right agent

Not every problem needs an agent. We tell you honestly which jobs would benefit and which wouldn't — and scope the build that makes sense.

03

Build & iterate

We build in short sprints with regular check-ins. Custom to your business, connected to your tools. You see progress weekly and shape it as we go.

04
